Nicole MacDonald - Principal

Nicole began her accounting career in Auckland, New Zealand working for Coopers & Lybrand in their Business Services Division. She is a member of both the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. She left the public accounting arena to become the Group Accountant for a New Zealand Public Company before moving to Australia where she completed her Masters in Business Administration degree.

Nicole went back into Public Practice in 2002 drawn by the fact that she could combine her commercial background and MBA knowledge to help businesses develop growth strategies. In the process she has also developed her tax knowledge and has become a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia. Her strengths include her passion for helping businesses reach their maximum potential and her ability to support and mentor business owners and their teams.

Simon Lemalu Kolose

Simon is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has over 10 years experience working in both public practice and commercial environments. When not working for 4U Accountants. Simon is passionate about helping others less fortunate - he volunteers as a driver for Orange Sky Laundry and loves working with our clients, helping them with their business and taxation matters.

Abigail Channell

Abigail is currently enrolled in the Chartered Accountants program. Abigail has worked in both commercial and public practice for over 10 years and is an expert advisor for all our cloud software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Reckon and MYOB. Abigail loves working closely with our clients to ensure their businesses are working to their best potential. Often offering ideas on ways to improve profitability.
